The Broadmore Miami Beach was an absolute lifesaver! My flight back to Philly was canceled last-minute due to weather, and they accommodated me for a 3-night stay on very short notice. Augustine at the front desk was incredibly helpful, securing a room quickly and getting me checked in efficiently—top-notch service! The location is unbeatable—literally as close to the beach as you can get—and the on-site taqueria is fantastic, with delicious tacos that hit the spot after a stressful travel day. Highly recommend!

By far one of the BEST hotels I have been to on the beach PAMELA the manager is kind and very helpful. They accommodate me in every way..the other night manger is great too- room service was helpful And attentive YULIMA asked me if I needed fresh towels every 15 min lol. I love it here!

Everything about the Broadmore Miami Beach was fantastic!!!! Great value and great spot on the beach!!! Clean and comfortable and close to so many wonderful eateries and South Florida sites and attractions!!! Agustina and the staff are incredibly friendly and so so helpful!!! This is a hotel we can’t wait to come back to in the future!!!! Great Job Broadmore staff!!!!

Agustina is the best customer care ever, the place is well located in a renovated area that feels like a less crowded downtown with an amazing one lifetime burger spot next door, lots of stores around, beach is beautiful up here. Definitely a good place where to stay for your vacay, short visit or business trip. Beachfront right here all you need

I have stayed here once before. I love the location and the workers there, they are always so polite. My family had a cruise coming up and we made a last minute reservation our flight landed very early but the beautiful nice young lady allowed us to check in early for a fee which I thought was great. The views from the room was amazing. I left my cell down at the front desk and she had someone come up to deliver it. I needed boarding passes printed out and she did it for us the next day! After the cruise we stayed again for a few hours with an early check in! This is our go to spot! It’s quiet, the beach isn’t overly crowded, they have a pool! There is a taqueria right next door, and if you go around the corner there are ample restaurants (my favorite is burgers and shakes)

Agustina was by far the best person we could have met on our trip. She was so kind, fabulous and made our stay as good as it could possibly be. Beach front hotel in a northern and quieter part of Miami. Perfect for a quick weekend and relaxing couple of days. 💛

I had a wonderful experience while staying here. The staff was great... especially Jen who checked us in early, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was spectacular! Great experience, and we will be back!

Yes, the building is old and the elevator is slow, but it works. The staff is so friendly. The ocean view room is very spacious and extremely clean. The access to the beach couldn’t be any easier. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Augustine and Josefina checked us in and they were wonderful. So helpful and polite. We found the whole staff was great. Rooms were very clean. Yeah it’s an old building and has some blemishes but service and cleanliness is top notch. 5 stars

Excellent location, we had a great time. My only suggestion is that would be nice if the rooms were cleaned up while we were staying, we were there for a total of 6 days and we never had our rooms cleaned up. Other than that I think is a great value and hotel, we were able to enjoy the beach And easy to access to downtown Miami. See you next time!!! 💯 we would stay there again. Jenn and Augustine were great hosts!!! Very helpful and informative. Super friendly !!!
